From My Lips: April 19

Happy Sunday Folks!

I am a tad behind with the blog. RL was a bear this week. Not to mention my time in world has been weird. While I have logged, I spent much of my time dusting off my DJ gear and whatnot. Seems like Khitten has been wrangled into getting back into the DJ scene. Rusty is not the word for it, LOL. But it has been fun.  I’ll post gig info here or on my Twitter.

But I won’t ever let the music take over my love for fashion. So with that, we kick start this week’s edition of From My Lips. This week is a little different as I have a mini-spotlight on Cupcakes, one of my favorite places in-world.  In addition to the mini-spolight, fashions from Diveristy, F&C, and [AV] are featured as well.

I am a bad hostess this week, as all I have are several packages of Ramen Noodles. Not the best meal, but it fills you up, eh? So its BYOB this week, but remember I always serve you great, hot fashions!

I had a hankering for a cup of cocoa and so I headed on over to the local coffee shop. It was empty that day, so I kinda helped myself to some free cocoa. Don’t think anyone would mind, LOL.

After my morning chocolate fix, I had to head home and get back to work. I was in the middle of a blog post and lost it. So I had to start from scratch. A fashionista’s work is never done!

Mini-Spotlight: Cupcakes

Cupcakes is one of my favorite places on the grid. If you follow my blog at all, you know I wear their skins out (LOL).  Besides well made skins, they also carry clothing. Pretty, dainty, and always fun clothing. I have pulled together some of my favorite pieces from my inventory– some are old and some are new.  But they all show the range and versatilty of Cupakes’s clothing. If you have not checked them out, please do so. Their main store is located on the unfortnately lag fest that is called LeZoo. But it is well worth the fight!

Not much else to report. As usual, check out the designers mentioned here. /Axel has just reopened with a new build, which I must say is pretty nice. Kunstkammer has relased some new bikins and swimwear, perfect as the temperatures start to go up! Another one of my favorite stores, A-Bomb, has some new releases out as well.

I’ve got two other spotlights in the works, one of which features all the goodies I won in the Snatch photo contest a few weeks ago. The looks I pulled together are so freaking kick ass, but in the prettiest way possible ^__^!
