Hey There!
It’s been a hard day for me today, so I am just getting around to posting this week’s edition of From My Lips. This week we we look at some new fashions from DYN, FTV, and Honey Soul; take a peek into Vendor Support Month with Ticky Tacky and Myth; get giddy on a super cute dollarbie from LVS; and show some great sale items from LiNe. Since it’s late, let’s just nibble on some cheese and crackers while we sip our nightly glass of pinot gris. Pull up a chair and start reading!
Support SL Vendors
Starting June 1, a select number of vendors will participate in Vendor Support Month (VSM). The concept behind it is a 10L hunt from the 50 vendors who have agreed to participant. The 10L price for the hunt gifts will go towards helping creators finacially and will let them know their efforts are appreciated.
Below are the VSM gifts from Myth and Ticky Tacky. The outfit, from Myth, is a high-waisted skirt set with a bright pink shirt. The set comes with flexi and prim skirt options. This well-made jewel set from TickyTacky includes much more than you see here. Besides the necklace and mega bracelets that I m wearing, the set also includes earrings, hair flower, smaller bangles, and anklets. Wow, that’s a major steal for 10L. And if you are wondering about the darling skin, it is from Kiko Life’s latest skin release. Kiko Moleno continues to grow this skinline and sharpens the saw with every release!
Special kudos to Beanie for sharing the 411 on Nodoka House (by Nodoka Vella). Only 30L, like all hairs in the shop, this one was PERFECT for this look.

Darling Dollarbie
LVS has some wonderful dollabie dresses that are perfect for spring and summer. I managed to grab a few, LOL. How can one feel guilty about getting such pretty dresses at such an inexpensive price? Anyhoo, I am wearing one of at least 5 dollarbie dresses available when you arrive at LVS drive. So TP on over there today and grab yours!

New Goodness
FTV has come back on the grid with a fierce Spring 2009 collection. So much to pick from, but I was drawn to this diva-with-an-attitude-for flair dress. I think it is the dramatic bow that starts in the front and continues onto the back. The deep shade of red works well against most skin types. And while the dress is short it is not skankalicious, lol. The top has sheer elements to it, but for those who are a tad more conservative there is a solid option included as well.

DYN has also released a mega collection, filled with everything from tanks and shorts, to this sexy dress as seen below. This one shoulder, animal print dress is sure to attract attention! This can be dressed up and glammed out, or tamed down with a nice pair of capris or skinny jeans. I decided to just show you the dress in its barest essence– sorta like primal. LOL, I teamed it up with georgeous skins from Rockberry, hair from HOH and jewels from Uzuri.

On a trip to Honey Soul, I found this cute demin dress. So comfy and perfect for effortless dressing. Nothing too fancy here, I kept the look light and playful. Retro dot shoes, a giftie from Pretties by JB, and hair by LiNe (on sale) give a youthful vibe. The necklace, a giftie from Tuli ( I think from the sim opening, which was months ago), was the perfect accessory– blue, pink, beaded and simply cute!

Super Duper Sale
Tons of sales starting, as well as ending, on the grid this weekend. If you hurry, maybe you can get to the last hours of the LiNe sale. Everything is up for grabs– shoes, jewelry, hair, and of course clothes. I was able to nab this casual outfit which comes in several other colors. I added shoes from Maitreya and a cute sport tote from Izumiya. This look is definitely weekend ready!
