Top It Off: Be A Vamp

Fashionable Friday everyone!

It’s that time of the week to take shoutout some great accessories around the grid.  Today, I am taking at look at Vamp’s Shoes. Now readers will know that I have often passed up great shoes because I hate fussing with the prim toe/ foot thing.  Bottom line, it can be a pain in the a$$ to adjust for lots of skin tones, even more so for darker complexions.  I hate to admit it, but sometimes it takes me almost 30-40 min to adjust the skin tones with these types of shoes. After awhile, I am just tired and frustrated. I give up. I never wear the shoes again. Or worse, I toss them as I did earlier this week with several pairs.

But when I do have a feeling to wear such shoes, I usually wear Vamp’s Shoes. Owned by Sucha Cooljoke and Monrocie Pontecorvo, the store boats an impressive array of prim foot shoes which are well.. sexy to say the least.

An Ode To Chocolate

OMG… I think I finally fell in love with my avatar.

Words can not describe how I feel in this skin. Ugghh my AV has just slipped into the realm of complete and utter deliciousness. Man on man, I could eat myself. Oh wait, that didn’t sound right at all.

As a darker complexion AV, I still find it hard to find the right mix of skin tone, body shaping, and distinctive features. I have been a loyal Launa Fauna fan since she debuted the Double Shot line over a year ago. That was the first time I saw a darker tone in her skin lines and I was very pleased. Since then, Launa has continued to improve on her skins and the darker tones continue to getting lovelier & richer with every new release!!

At a true loss for words, I will use parts of  a cute poem from  David Threadgold’s, called  ’Chocolate’ , to describe my love of  Launa Fauna’s newest Chai skin line– L. Fauna ~Lapine! Man if this is the preview, I need to get all my Linden together to nab the whole line ASAP!
