This weekend could not come any quicker…
I am trying to cheer myself up a bit. As you know, all things Starlust always make me a happy camper. So I decided to check out the newest edition to the Starlust family… ‘A La Mode.
The grand opening is today at 6pm SLT. But you know what, I just could not wait. I walked around the new build several times, taking in all the quaint store– some new to me while others were tired and trues. I hung out with Bronto and had a good old time! Definitely a great addition to the Starlust offerings of fun and cool builds.
Check out some of the great fashions and things that await you this evening. Be sure to check out the gifts all around the sim. Some are in the stores and some are out on the bridge. Also, many of the the trees, as well as Bronto, are pose animated. So of course, great photo opps abound.
Enjoy and as always happy shopping!

We’re Half-Way Through the Week, Fashionistas!!
I am back with more fashion than even I can stand! I managed to keep the color palate somewhat muted and neutral. But by no means does that mean drab! Lots of mixing and mashing of outfits today and that’s always a good thing. I love it when I dig deep in the inventory and surprise myself with what I find. LOL, let’s get to it!
Fueled by Fashion
The focal point of this outfit is this cute “Granny” coat by Fuel. Just love the neutral color, which means it can go with just about everything. I am on a short hair kick as I recently cut my hair in RL. To really get the look I want, sometime I wear male hairs. Thank goodness for this sylish cut by MADesigns. Fit me like a glove. Also, thanks to FabFree for showcasing these great boots, which you really can’t see all the way, that I snagged for a song. Try 1L. Now that’s a great deal! The rest of the look is pulled together with some tried and true favorites. Check the credits below.
Best Things In Life ARE Free
I have blogged about my love of Kumamoto Japan and some of my excellent fashion finds. This simple yet cute dress is available from KJ for only 1L. Yet another little black dress to add to the collection.
Not Quite The Sailor
Ships away and all that jazz, LOL. I wanted something short and cute, but its too cold to have everything exposed. So why stand near the water? IDK, guess I thought this was a pretty spot to show off this cute outfit. Veschi’s Bells and Woolens outfit and the black turtleneck from CKSD are paired to create this very neutral yet spirited look.
The grid seems quiet to me as of late. I have not been buying as much, in terms of clothing. I have grabbed some new skins. Which reminds me… Chai added four more makeup up options to the Doubleshot line. Also, Pudge has a cute new hair style out so check it out on Starlust when you can.
Until next time,
Good Evening My Stylish Readers!
Just another day on the grid. Exploring new places. Taking location shots. Ahh, I am very exhausted. I just want to cuddle up with a fluffy robe, a hot cup of coca, and some cookies.
Cashmere is also good for cuddling. The soft feel of it against my skin is so luxurious. So is shopping at Cashmere. Simply put, it is pure luxury. I have tons of goodies from here– and yes I squeeze my fat ass into every single one of them. The skinny pant runs rampant here and we know us curvy girls shouldn’t wear skinny pants. But it’s SL, so I can get away with it *sticking my tounge out*.
I love pink. I love animal print. What a great way to combine the two! A great pink, skinny pant paired with an animal print shirt complete with a skinny, pink tie. My Periquita flats were a great addition to the look. A simple pair of earrings from KessKreations were perfect since they were color change. Pink champagne.. hmm… how apropos!
This dress is striking. The animal print trim juxtaposed against the abstract design makes an interesting combination. Soft, flowy, and attention grabbing, quite typical of a Cashmere design. The customizable stiletto by hoorenbeck worked well here as I tinted the shoe to match the mix of blues in the halter pattern. A sleek, side-do from Frangipani sealed the deal and kept me in the lap of luxury.
I will say that the prim skirts in many of the outfits from Cashmere were made for very “thin” frames. So there may be some mod time needed for those curvier AVs. Also note that Cashmere does skins and shoes as well. So to keep the look of luxury working from head to toe, perhaps you can check them out.
Until next time,
