Double Talk: It’s Serendipity

It’s time to take a backward look at one of SL’s well-known designers.

I was strolling on the grid today and deciding if I wanted to participate in the Winter Stamp Rally. I ended up tp’ing to a few places but eventually landed at DP YumYum (Double Paradox).  I had not been shopping there in quite some time and that got me thinking. So I went back home to rummage through my inventory to dust off some of the older designs. Turns out I had quite a few things *smile*.

Hooray For Creativity!

Happy Monday everyone!

This is the LAST week of 2009— wow can you believe it? I decided to seize the day and go shopping at Designers Unlimited III (DU3). I have enjoyed this quarterly event and have raved about it on this blog. I will say I was a little iffy about the theme as I am not a big carny person.

But my doubts were quickly alleviated once I touched down. My goodness I had to stop myself from buying everything! I managed to pick up some really cool items and all of them fit me (LOL).  I need to head back for a few more accessories. But I will try later on in the week as the lag was HELLA!!

I know the feeds have been bursting with flashes of all the goodness to be found at DU3, but here is my take on things. Be sure to head on down. Bring your patience (to fight the lag) and lotssss of linden. The fashions– from some of SL’s top designers like Milk Motion, Ohami, Royal Blue, Tiny Bird, 50 Flats, This Is A Fawn and more– are too good to pass up!  As always, happy shopping.

The weekend is almost over 😦 

It’s so anti-climatic after the holiday isn’t it? I mean, the gifts have been unwrapped. The Christmas songs have stopped playing. The sweet potato pie is all gone. Geesh, so what’s left?
